What we collect
We collect your account name, email address and a password hash, not a plaintext password. We store Minecraft owner and friend names, server settings, world files, runtime balances, and the transaction records used to verify rewarded time. Authentication and security use session records, IP addresses, user agents and timestamps. If you contact us, we process the details you choose to include so we can respond.

Cookies
Authentication uses a session cookie. The functional PARAGLIDE_LOCALE cookie remembers your selected language for up to 400 days. Your ad-cookie choice and in-progress server setup are stored locally in your browser. Google Analytics starts with storage denied and can send cookieless measurement pings; analytics cookies are only allowed after you allow cookies. Public language URLs also let you read translated pages without signing in.

Advertising
Where enabled, public content pages may show Google AdSense display ads after you accept ad loading. Google and its partners may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers for advertising based on visits to this and other services. Android rewarded ads use AdMob and its consent tools, which may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate region, ad interactions and diagnostics. Rewarded placements are optional and separate from display ads; we store reward receipts to prevent duplicate grants.

Where local law requires a consent message, such as in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent tool collects your choices before ads are personalized.

Other providers
Our hosting providers store account and world data and process operational logs to deliver the service. Player avatars load from mc-heads.net, which receives the requested Minecraft name and the connecting browser’s IP address. Official Minecraft profile services may receive player names when identifiers are resolved. Google processes advertising and measurement data under its own policies.

Retention and deletion
We retain account information while the account exists. Stopped worlds may expire after seven days since last use, and no cloud backup is promised. Account deletion stops and removes your server and world, then removes account records, sessions and reward receipts. Global operational or security logs follow host retention policies and are not automatically purged per account; provider-held technical records follow the provider’s policy.

Your choices
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw the website’s ad-cookie choice, or block and delete cookies in your browser. Public guides and normal account controls remain available when you decline ads; optional rewarded placements depend on ad availability and applicable privacy settings. Denying cookies keeps Google Analytics storage denied. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing contact@minebanish.com, and you can delete your account through the public account-deletion page.
