A real person on the other side
MineBanish is a small independent project for people who want to play Minecraft together. For help, feedback or privacy questions, email us directly.
We reply by email. There is no guaranteed response time, so include the useful details in your first message.
Check our connection checklist, frequently asked questions and how-it-works guide for the most common setup and hosting questions.
Can’t join your Minecraft server? Start here. FAQ How it worksInclude your server address, the Minecraft edition and version, the exact error message, and when it happened with your time zone. Tell us whether the dashboard said the server was running and what you already tried. A screenshot of the error can help.
Describe the steps that reproduce the problem, what you expected and what happened instead. Add your browser or Android version and whether the problem repeats. Never send passwords, authentication cookies, session tokens or private world files unless we arrange a suitable way to share them.
For access, correction or deletion requests, write from the email associated with your account so we can identify the request. You can also delete your account through the account-deletion page. Download anything you want to keep first: deletion removes the server and its world.
